Bachelor In Paradise returns for another tropical date with a slew of highlights and fan favorites from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette for another shot at love.
The series is a spin-off of The Bachelor and picks up contestants from previous seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, giving them another chance to find love on the small screen.
Contestants, many of them Bachelor Nation fan favorites, are invited to a beach villa in Mexico where they spend about three weeks dating each other in search of their perfect matches.
Unlike the original Bachelor and Bachelorette shows where all contestants date one person and aim to win their love, Bachelor In Paradise offers a level playing field, giving all contestants a better chance to walk away with a relationship – and for some, an engagement.
Bachelor In Paradise Season 9 Episode Schedule
In an unusual twist, the season 9 episodes will air on Thursdays instead of the usual Monday or Tuesday franchises.
The show will air with a two-hour episode at 9 pm EST on Sept. premiered. 28. The episodes will be available for streaming on Hulu the next day.
Where will the 9th season of Bachelor In Paradise take place?
Like seasons 7 and 8, the 9th season of the reality show will also take place at the Playa Escondida Resort in the Mexican city of Sayulita, Mexico.
Every Bachelor in Paradise season 9 Contestant
Eighteen contestants from different seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette started their journey through the Mexican desert in episode 1.
Aaron Schwartzman
Shortly after his three-week outing on the Bachelorette’s charity season, Aaron S. is back to find love in paradise.
Aaron S. is a firefighter from California who, at 34, is this year’s oldest Bachelor In Paradise contestant.
Aaron Bryant
Aaron B. returns from the last season of The Bachelorette and joins Paradise. During an unprecedented moment in the Lawsons charity season, Aaron was sent home but tried to come back and give himself a second chance.
It didn’t work out for the 30-year-old, as Charity had to reject him again, but love is still in the air in this paradisiacal season on the shores of Mexico.
Brayden Bowers
Although Brayden poses as a villain for the entire Bachelor Nation during the charity season, he starts all over again in Paradise. Her striking tattoos and aggressive personality caught the attention of many viewers on the last season of The Bachelorette, but it was not aired before the filming of Bachelor In Paradise 9.
He is certainly a charmer after getting the charity’s pink first impression, which is usually a good sign that the candidate will go far. After leaving the show in week Four, Brayden gets a second chance to find love.
Blake Moynes
Blake is a veteran of the Bachelorette and now finds himself in paradise on the beaches of Mexico.
After his unsuccessful trip in season 16 of Bachelorette, he got into the Katie season (17) late, won, and the couple got engaged. The two later split up, opening the door for Blake’s return to paradise.
Catherine Cat Wong
After a short match on The Zachs season of The Bachelor, Cat is back for Bachelor In Paradise 9.
The 27-year-old professional dancer from Long Island, New York, is celebrating her birthday with the United States of America and is ready to meet the man of her dreams in paradise.
Brooklyn Willie
This 26-year-old rodeo racer from Texas goes to the beaches of Mexico with Bachelor In Paradise 9 to take another love shot.
She was previously on Zach’s season of The Bachelor, where she made it to the seventh week and is good friends with Charity (who also started her journey in the same season), the youngest Bachelorette.
Greer Blitzer
Greer had a painful end to her time on Zach’s season of The Bachelor. After making the first impression, Rose later tested positive for COVID-19 and was quarantined for six days.
During this time, Zach’s burgeoning relationships with other women developed, and he made the decision to send her home.
After an unhappy end to her time on The Bachelor, Greer is now looking for true love on season 9 of Bachelor In Paradise.
Eliza Isichei
After Eliza started her journey in The Claytons season of The Bachelor (26), she is familiar with Paradise since she was a contestant in season 8.
The 27-year-old marketing manager from Tampa, Florida, has another chance to find love and is ready to start another adventure on the beaches of Mexico.
Katherine Kat Izzo
Kat is a 27-year-old nurse from Tampa, Florida. She was previously a contestant on Bachelor season 27 but was sent home by Zach after seven weeks.
Jessica Jess Girod
Jess’ time on Zach’s season of The Bachelor ended with some controversy. When it was six weeks into the dating competition, she never got a one-on-one date and was eventually sent home after a confrontation with Zach about it.
The 24-year-old from Winter Springs is looking for more individual attention this season of Bachelor In Paradise.
Mercedes Northup
Mercedes, another contestant from the Bachelor season 27, is back to find love in paradise. She is a 26-year-old nonprofit case manager from Bloomfield, Iowa.
Kylee Russell
Kylee is a 26-year-old who goes to the beaches of Mexico after her appearance as a contestant in the Bachelor’s Zachs season (27).
She is a nurse from Charlotte, North Carolina who used to be an NBA dancer as well.
Peter Cappio
If Peter doesn’t sound familiar, it’s probably because he was sent home in the first week of the Bachelorette (20) charity season.
With a second chance on the beaches of Mexico, the 34-year-old airline pilot returns to find love in paradise.
Olivia Lewis
After barely participating in Zach’s season of The Bachelor, Olivia was quickly sent home in the first week, so she may not seem familiar to many fans.
She is now back in the match-making franchise, but this time on the sandy beaches of Paradise. The 25-year-old works as a patient care technician and is from Churchville, New York.
Samantha Sam Jeffries
Sam gets a second chance to find love on national television and returns to paradise after being a contestant on the 26th season of the Bachelor.
Unfortunately for the 28-year-old occupational therapist, she was sent home by Clayton in the first week, but now has another try at Bachelor In Paradise 9.
Rachel Recchia
The most notable woman who has come to the beaches of Mexico this season is Rachel, a former Bachelorette from season 19. The Bachelorette this year had two wives, Gabby and Rachel.
Both had already reached the last three of Clayton’s season of The Bachelor (26). During her season of The Bachelorette, Rachel got engaged to Tino Franco, who she later discovered was cheating on her, so they broke up while the show was airing.
Now her third show in the Bachelor franchise begins, Rachel is looking for love again. Good news for Rachel, the last time a similar situation happened was Rebecca (Becca) Kufrin, a former contestant on The Bachelor who eventually became the Bachelorette.
Becca finally made her way to Bachelor In Paradise season 7 and found love with Thomas Jacobs, with whom she just had a child.
Will Urena
After a few years away from the franchise, Will returns to Bachelor In Paradise after appearing as a contestant on the 18th season of the Bachelorette.

Sean McLaughlin
This 26-year-old software sales rep from Troy, New York, is making his way to the beaches of Mexico to meet his soulmate on season 9 of Bachelor In Paradise.
Sean was previously a contestant on the charity season of The Bachelorette (20) before being sent home in week five.
More cast members will be announced at the end of the season, with promising performances from former Bachelorettes Katie Thurston, Charity Lawson, and Hannah Brown.
