The Rolling Stones released their first album Not Fade Away / Little By Little in 1964. However, the band’s ownership of their music is limited to the post-1971 catalog, as their former accountant Allan Klein obtained the copyright for the group’s previous discography.
In 1970, when the band severed ties with Klein, they reached an agreement that gave him ownership of the catalog, while Mick Jagger and Keith Richards received ongoing royalties.
Mick Jagger is the father of a large family. He shares a daughter Karis (52) with Marsha Hunt and a daughter Jade (51) with his ex-wife Bianca Jagger. Her other children include daughters Elizabeth, 39, and Georgia May, 31, and sons James, 38, and Gabriel, 25, all from her previous marriage to Jerry Hall.
He also has a son named Lucas (24) from his relationship with Luciana Gimenez. In December 2016, the musician had a younger child, a son named Dever, with current girlfriend Melanie Hamrick.
